Ingredients
-1.5 cups chocolate chips
-2 tbsp grass-fed butter
-1 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup coconut flour
-1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
This recipe is SO EASY! I just mix together the peanut butter, coconut flour, & maple syrup. Then form into 12 eggs and put on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then freeze the peanut butter mixture for about 20-30 min.
Once those are hardened, melt the chocolate with butter over medium heat. Once it’s ready, dip the peanut butter shapes into the chocolate. Store it on the baking tray and put them in the fridge to cool. Once the chocolate is hard, they’re good to go! Store in the fridge and ENJOY!
