-1/2 cup chocolate chips
-1 tsp coconut oil
-Almond butter (or any nut/ seed butter)
-8 medjool dates (the freshest I’ve found are from whole foods & I pit them myself because they’re tastier with pits)
-coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
All you have to do is melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Pit the dates. Stuff them with as much nut butter as you want. Coat them in chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt. Store in the fridge or freezer to harden & keep them in there! I love to keep them in the freeze and thaw for 5-10 min before eating
