I promise this baby will remind you of a milkshake! Don’t let the green fool you. Try it, I dare you!
-2 scoops vanilla protein
-3/4 cup homemade cashew milk or nut milk of choice
-1 frozen banana
-1/2-3/4 cup steamed & frozen cauliflower (promise you don’t taste it but added nutrients and thickness)
-big handful spinach
-1-2 tbsp peanut butter
-1 tsp maca
Throw all the ingredients (except the granola into your blender. I like them thick enough to eat with a spoon, if you don’t, just add more liquid! Make sure everything is nice and incorporated and then put it in your favorite glass & top it with some granola for crunch!
