Three ingredients is all you need for your new go-to dessert!
-1 cup chocolate chips
-1 tbsp ghee
-1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
Heat the chocolate & ghee on the stovetop until melted. Use a cupcake pan and line 6 molds with liners & pour a small layer of chocolate on the bottom of each. Freeze for 5-10 min. Top each with about 1 tbsp peanut butter. Top off each one with more chocolate. I prefer more chocolate over peanut butter ratio. Place them in the freezer for at least 15-20 min. Store them in the fridge for at least a week, but I guarantee they won’t last you very long! You can also double the recipe for a dozen cups!
