All you need is your favorite vanilla ice cream & pb cups or homemade pb cup bars!
1 cup chocolate chips (i used semi-sweet)
1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
1-2 tbsp coconut flour
Melt the chocolate chips with the ghee. Pour half of it in a glass dish lined with parchment paper. Freeze. Mix the pb with coconut flour. Push onto the chocolate layer. Cover in the rest of the chocolate and freeze!
Take a mixing bowl & place it in the freezer for 15-30 min! Also, put your cup in the fridge during the process. Once it’s cold, take out your ice cream and scoop as much as you want into the bowl. Blend with an electric mixer until fluffy! Break up some of the pb bar & add some in & keep blending! Then store in the freezer for 30 min. Let it thicken up & scoop it into your cup! Top with more pb cup & eat🥳 if it needs to get colder, throw it back in the freezer in the cup for a little!
