Peach Baked Oatmeal

Individual peach baked oatmeal for a summery breakfast🍑

Ingredients

For the oatmeal:

-1/2 cup rolled oats

-1/2 cup coconut milk

-1/2 banana mashed

-1 scoop @ancientnutrition collagen (for added protein because it has 9g per scoop)

-1 tsp baking powder

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-1/4 tsp vanilla extract

-dash of sea salt

Directions

-spray a small ramekin with oil or butter (any shape, i used a 2 cup pyrex dish)

-cook at 350 degrees for 25-50 min depending on size, just make sure the middle is cooked through & it’s brown and golden!

-top with peaches, honey, & hemp seeds
