This recipe is hands down my favorite baked oatmeal recipe yet! It’s the perfect amount of sweetness, it’s soft, it’s cozy, it’s loaded with lots of flavor. We devoured it this week & I can’t wait to make another batch! Hope you love as much as we do if you make it 🙂
-3 cups quick oats (can use rolled oats, but I prefer the texture of the quick oats in here)
-1 3/4 cup almond milk
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
-2 eggs
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/4 sea salt
-1/2 cup raisins
-1 banana, sliced
Heat over to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs together. Add in maple syrup, yogurt, almond milk, & vanilla extract. Once combined, pour in the oats, baking powder, cinnamon & sea salt. Mix until well combined. Fold in raisins & chopped banana.
Bake for 25-30 min in a 2 quart (11×7) dish baking dish coated in coconut oil! If you use a different size dish, just start checking it around 20 min & every 5 min from there until the middle is set! Makes about 6-8 servings depending on hunger level! Enjoy 🙂
Could you use coconut yoghurt in place of the Greek yoghurt to make it dairy free? X
Hi!! I haven’t tried that, but definitely worth a try 🙂 My coffee cake baked oatmeal is dairy free!
This was soooooo good! My daughter loved it and it was a mess free way to give her oatmeal. We are going to try the other flavors soon! 🙂
Ah yay! I love the fact that it’s WAY easier to clean up for kids! That’s actually why I started making them, when I started feeding my son real food! Glad you love it 🙂
What is the topping in the photo for the recipe?
Hi Debra! It’s peanut butter 🙂
